1.1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription purchase of our SaaS product. If you are not satisfied with our product within the stipulated period, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees.

1.2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable to the first-time purchase of a subscription plan. If you have previously purchased a subscription or have received a refund before, you are not eligible for a refund on subsequent purchases.

1.3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@truunisoft.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Provide your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 7 business days.

1.4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

1.5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Excessive or unreasonable refund requests.
  • Refunds requested after the applicable refund period.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of our product.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support team. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will not be billed for any future subscription renewals.

2.2. Post-Cancellation Access

After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to our SaaS product until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

2.3. Data Retrieval

It is your responsibility to back up any data or information stored within our product before canceling your subscription. The Company is not responsible for data loss following subscription cancellation.
